"I endorse this lawyer for Immigration Law and Appellate Practice. In April, 2018, Attorney Korbacher was assigned to appeal a plea entered in 2009 by the Defendant, a former court appointed client. At the time the plea was entered, it was specifically tailored so as to NOT cause future deportation/immigration onsequences under the law as it existed in 2009. However, Attorney Korbacher explained recent Federal laws that had retroactive affect back for two or more decades. I found Attorney Korbacher to be a wealth of information in two fields where I have little to no racial experience - appeallate wrk and immigration law. Although the Defendant has incurred subsequent, far more serious criminal exposure that will likely cause him to serve State time and subsequent deportation, Attorney Korbacher's zeal and diligence in prosecuting the appeal, even though it appeared to be irrelevant to the Defendant's ultimate outcome, was highly commendable."
