Wyckoff Nissenbaum

I have worked with many attorneys in the past, both criminal and probate related. Wyckoff is a younger attorney, but this is no way affected his ability or knowledge to perform wonderfully for me and my family on several different probate matters. We were extremely pleased by his legal fee rates wh...ich were actually affordable when compared to every other attorney I've ever dealt with. He knows his business well and keeps his clients in the loop regarding what's happening with their cases. He also makes himself available to you in many ways be it cell phone or his innovative "portal" which gives you instant access to view your case information as well as upload documents at a moments notice. I highly recommend Attorney Nissenbaum to any and all who may require his services. I hope I have no further need of attorneys in the near future but if I did I would gladly use him again.

Whatever you do , do not hire this man . He is rude , childish , and plain unprofessional. He is also horrible at representing his clients . He does not listen to what they want , not does he seem to care what they want . He was unable to gain me any positive results and was unwilling to even try to... get better results. He also was unable to file motions properly. He is unable to do any “ Quick thinking “ or “ think on his feet” . If something unexpected happened ( which happend a lot because he was not properly prepared.. ever!! ) he would just stand there and go “ um um um “ . He also does not know the law as he should . He objected and the judge told him his reason was not correct and was allowed, the. 2 seconds later he did the same thing and the judge got aggravated with him. He is also unwilling and unable to prove how he does his billing . Has lied to me on numerous occasions, and also given horrible advice. If you give him any constructive criticism he does not know how to handle It and if you go against his advice he will throw a childish tantrum inside the courthouse . DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN . The only good thing that I can say is that his legal assistant is very nice and also twice the lawyer he is . Unfortunately you can’t hire her or have her represent you , you get Wyckoff .
