I consider myself very fortunate that Jeff took me on as a client. I was a tenant in Boston and had a difficult situation with my landlord. Jeff succesfully resolved the situation in my favor. Jeff was genuinely concerned about me and provided me with excellent legal guidance. All throughout the legal process, Jeff was patient in hearing my story, drafted strong letters on my behalf, and negeotiated the best possible outcome for me. I highly recommend working with Jeff and rate his competence, communication and integrity as outstanding.
Jeff was professional, collaborative, and easy to work with. Especially as someone working with a lawyer for the first time, I was unsure about many aspects of the court’s requirements around our security deposit case and had lots of questions. Jeff was always ready with detailed answers and made me feel confident throughout the entire process.

Nice lawyer
Jeff helped us with a case against our pre-landlorad who didn't return our deposit. Though we didn't go to the court finally, he helped us reach a settlement with the landloard, from which we successfully recover our security deposit as well as some punitive damages without any extra cost. We're quite saftisfy with his assistance.

Pleasant, Reasonable, Experienced, and Effective
We retained Atty. Feuer‘s expert services for a tenant-landlord complaint. He guided us through the legal landscape and helped us achieve a reasonable settlement with our landlord. We enthusiastically recommend Atty. Feuer without reservation. His rates are reasonable, and his work is sound. He was pleasant, knowledgeable of the relevant law, clear with managing realistic expectations, and very effective in his communications with the court, judge, and opposing counsel. What more could one ask for?

Never again
He charged me three times for the one single letter, the same letter because he wanted to add something to it! I didn't ask for it!! He over charged and double charged a couple of times... Worst than all, he was not supposed to come to my mediation, but all of the sudden he changed his mind and came and DESTROYED my case and mentally FORCED me to sign the agreement, which I regret for ever!! But why he came?? Somebody told him to go????
