Attorney Frank Grimaldi has been in practive for over 20 years. During that time he has focused on the areas of estate planning, mental health law, will contests, fiduciary problems, guardianships,  conservatorships, probate of estates and real estate. In his ongoing effort to acquire a comprehensive understanding of these areas he has developed experience in real estate transactions, Medicaid planning, debtor/creditor law and foreclosures.   He has also served as a guardian, conservator, Guardian ad Litem and as counsel and Roger’s Monitor for persons receiving antipsychotic medication. He regularly receives appointments  from judges to help resolve financially complex and difficult cases such as those involving Electro Shock Therapy and end-of-life decision making. His everyday legal work provides for an array of client needs including representation of hospitals, families, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities and for mentally challenged persons caught up in the criminal justice system. Besides being an experienced litigator he has successfully participated in  Mediations and Arbitration always obtaining a financial award for his clients.
