Biography
I am a member of a multi-practice firm that handles a variety of matters, however my focus is on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury matters. I began my legal career as an assistant district attorney where I prosecuted numerous cases through disposition in juvenile and district courts. I transitioned to civil litigation where I represented a large international automobile insurance company. I engaged in all stages of litigation practice, including case investigation with the client's special investigation unit. I am also an experienced trial lawyer, having served as sole defense counsel in a number of jury and small claims trials.
I earned my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, my B.A. in History from Boston College, and am a graduate of St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, where I rowed varsity crew. I am a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and I also sit on the Board of Advisors of the Boston Young Professionals Association. I frequently provide pro bono legal services through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.
