I came to Lefteris after several other defense attorneys told me that my situation was hopeless. Lefteris worked a miracle on my behalf - no exaggeration. He saved my career, he saved my retirement, he saved my ability to earn a living, and he kept me out of jail. When I came to him with my probl...ems (4 pending felony and 3 pending misdemeanor charges), he didn't sugarcoat anything. At every step along the way, he made sure I understood that my case was a long-shot, and that I shouldn't expect a positive outcome.. but he plead my case and he convinced the magistrate to continue my charges (effectively suspending the charges without any formal judicial record as long as I don't wind up in legal trouble again within the next year). I was arrested on an overzealous Disorderly Conduct charge on a late Friday evening. Saturday morning I placed several calls to local firms seeking representation in court for the arraignment scheduled that next Monday morning at 9am. Eleftherios (Terry) responded to my call first and had me in his o...ffice for a free consultation on Sunday morning. With such short notice, he was able to get a stand-in to move the date of the arraignment hearing to a time when he could represent me fully and fitfully, which obviously was intended to work in my favor, and, in the end, it did, as he was able to get the case dropped as it should have been. Throughout the process, he kept me informed on the details of the case, and was easily reachable and responsive to my questions in a very timely and clear manner. Beyond that, I found him friendly and pleasant to interact with - I never felt any hint of condescension. Also, despite what we both agreed was a minor case, it was always clear he was doing everything in his power to produce the best possible outcome for me in resolving the case.
