We watched a Zoom presentation by Sean at the Kingston Library and decided to use his services for our trust as the office was nearby. One of the more uncomfortable things to face as we age is making sure, in the event of death, that our survivors aren’t faced with more challenges and costs than need be in carrying out our last wishes. And, for many of us, especially if complicated family relationships have developed over the years..., the idea of seeking out a lawyer to review/update our estate plan is something that’s a lot easier to just keep putting off until some vague future date. In the case of Sean Hagan and his staff, I would say do not wait. It is a tremendous relief knowing your attorney is not only knowledgeable in estate planning but is one who takes the time to actually understand your situation and to help you wade through the options available and their impact on your family. Sean is all of that and more … plus he and his staff are just really nice people!
