My wife and I went to O'Connell Law to help us create a will and discuss estate plans. It's never a conversation you "want" to have and we were long overdue in getting it done. Faiza was outstanding in listening to our situation, what we were looking to do, and very clearly laying out the options and... how all of the processes around wills and estate plans work. Using the whiteboard, she listed out the different options to give us a much better understanding of what we could do. She did not pressure us into one option over another, just made them very clear and was there to answer any questions. I was really impressed with how quickly she understood our current situation and my wife and I felt very comfortable with her input and guidance. She gave us all the questions we needed to answer and that made the process really smooth and painless. We feel much better now knowing that we have some piece of mind should something happen to one or both of us. The use of the whiteboard and diagraming out the different items we were discussing made it very easy for us to understand how everything worked. Any questions we had were answered and any further clarity was discussed to ensure we understood what was being stated. After our two sessions of planning, we were emailed copies of the whiteboard with this information which made it so much easier to recall what had been discussed and decided in our meetings.
