Very personable and effective

LHH has greatly helped me over the years with clarifications of my separation agreement, which is a 50/50 agreement. The team at LHH qs very responsive to phone calls and took the time needed to listen to my concerns. I find that they are a strong advocate for my parental rights and are very effect...ive in the courtroom setting. I continue to use them to assist me in my custody issues.

Amy Huff-Harris, once again, got the job done.

I recently retained the legal services of Long, Hagan, Huff-Harris of Boston. This was my third time working with the firm and I was extremely happy with the final outcome. The circumstances of my case were not very pleasant and painful in nature. However, Attorney Amy Huff-Harris and her talented... legal team were able to quickly assess my situation, understand the challenges presented, and formulate a strategy to achieve my requested objectives. When I decided to change course and pursue a different outcome than originally intended, Amy thoughtfully and skillfully provided me with the pro’s/con’s of the new direction so I was fully aware of potential challenges and negative ramifications of the change. However, at no point did she make any decisions for me. Throughout the entire case, I felt in total control and that the final decisions were mine to make. Amy and her team provided me with the information I needed to make the best possible decision in the end, even if it was against their own legal recommendations. Attorney Erica Trask kept in close contact with me while serving on my behalf in court. She kept me informed at every stage of the proceedings and checked in with me frequently throughout the day and late into the evenings if needed. Whenever I had a question, she was always available to respond and provide quick feedback. There was never a moment where I felt out of touch, lacking information, or the status of an issue. She was very easy to work with and I felt like she truly empathized with my situation and fought hard for my best interests. This was my first experience working with Erica and was very happy with her work. I also would like to highlight Karen Gordon for the tremendous level of support she provided. Karen helped facilitate the many discussions and compile the information required which allowed my case to proceed. I have worked with Karen previously and thoroughly enjoyed working with her again. Her commitment to my case was unquestionable and I knew whatever direction I wanted to go in, she would be there to help me execute the plan. Finally, it’s important to note that while the case circumstances shall remain confidential, the potential for permanent irreparable damages was real. Amy and her team helped me see what an end-state would like based on my decisions. There were time-sensitive decisions that required late nights and long hours but that didn’t deter Amy and her team’s progress. While I was worried everything would be resolved in time, the team assured me they would do everything in their power to meet the deadline and ensure a successful outcome, which they did. Now with the case resolved in my favor, I can say confidently that the efforts of Amy and her team were well worth it. It’s a night and day difference from beginning to end and I owe it all to Amy Huff-Harris and her amazing team. Thank you Amy.

Unprofessional Law firm

he worst decision of my life was to hire This law firm and especially attorney Amy to represent me at the most crucial case of my life. I would grade attorney Amy as low achievers whose primary focus is her financial interest rather than fighting justice for you. Her moto - maximum billing with ...minimum work. In addition, I found attorney Amy as someone whose attention span is low and struggles to remember details and even will tremble in the court room against opposing counsel.( I have first hand experience of this). She lied to me and backed out from her words on multiple occasions. she even contradicted herself over email. When i pointed it out she stopped responding. Finally when I realized that she has no conscious I fired her and thank God that I was able to find a new able attorney who worked hard and got me justice. It is my prime duty to publish her report card and let you all decide in a scale of 10 , 10 being highest : Integrity 0/10 , Honesty 0/10, Truthful (0/10) , billing ( Double or misleading entries) ( 3/10) . Professionalism 2/10. In case you end up hiring her then I would suggest to keep the following in mind: 1. If She calls you while she is driving ( she usually calls while driving because she want to make money while she is driving) then cover the conversation over email and ensure that she does not charge you for the reading of email or tell her that you will talk only when you have her full attention. 2.Docuemnt each and every conversation over email - do not rely on her verbal suggestions or commitments, as she will deny it if needed throwing you under the bus. 3. do your own research of the process and ( do not trust what she says) ask her questions and request an email as her response. 4. Keep log of every call and email you send and cross verify the bill ( every month) as you might see multiple duplicate entries, also these entries could appear few months down the line- Tell her that you would be recording conversations for your records. 5. Her office will always connect with you at the last hour for information, please make it clear that you need few days to give them information before the court date. 6.Before hiring her ask for the data of how many case she have won v/s settled in last 5 years. if you bring this review with her and she tries to tell you a story then tell her that why don't you have a public debate with this person as i will be more than happy to have a public debate as why i am posting this review. I hope this review helps you in finding what you are looking for . @dadforjustice1

They haven't fixed my issue yet

I honestly waited a long time to post this. I had a very simple issue and they were unable to fix it. After 3 months of my first visit to this office they have done basically nothing. They have no time to spend on each case, they don't have enough people to take care of the cases and you have to foll...ow up because they never contact you except to send you your bill. Oh that you will definitely get on time.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I opposed Amy on one of her first cases. I thought her to be fair yet zealous in representing her client. Subsequently I have had occassion to discuss cases with her and I am impressed with her dedication and professionalism. She can evaluate a case realistically and represent her client's interests vigorously."

Relationship: Co-worker

"When I first met Amy Huff, she spoke of how passionate she is towards "fathers' rights." While it sounded good in theory, I had not seen the action behind those words. Now, almost a full year later, I can tell you that Amy Huff is the LAST LAWYER I would want on the other side of a case. While she is reasonable and insists on nothing less than a 50-50 settlement, when she doesn't get what she wants, she has such a ferocious reputation in court that we've heard that she is known as "Jaws" in the different courtrooms in Mass. -- especially when she represents fathers."
