Incompetent, unprofessional and ill prepared attorney
Atty Malden had difficulties obtaining cases files from the DA and never followed up on issues I brought to his attention. I felt at times I was representing myself in a court of law where I have no experience. It seemed like he was there just as a formality while I had to research and/or investigate...
