My license was suspended because of a DUI I got while in Florida for school. After moving back to Massachuetts I found the process of getting my license back just short of impossible. The criteria set by Florida requires classes not offered in MA, though at first I was told a similar class would be... comparable after competition I was then told they wouldn't accept this particular class because it wasn't the same as Florida's.. I spent 5 years without my license because it was hopeless trying to work with the court in Florida as a twenty-something year old girl.
