I can't say enough good things about this firm. Sarah - yes you work with the actual lawyer whose name is on the door - navigated me through an extremely difficult and contentious close with great calm and clarity and never hinted at raising her agreed to fee. Through out it, she and her staff were a...ccessible, a pleasure to work with, and more than worth the cost. Don't pay attention to other reviews here. First off, one is from someone who sat on the other side. That's not a bad review just a poor sport who didn't hire her. Second, most real estate transactions are straight forward and when they are you can feel like the lawyers don't do much - been there - but I can tell you when things go wrong you want Sarah to be in your side. She's likely the only reason my sale closed. Hire her!
