I am the founding partner of the law firm of Szyjka & D'Eramo located in South Boston, Massachusetts.  Szyjka & D'Eramo is a three attorney boutique firm founded in 2011. I represent clients in immigration matters, including business immigraiton, family-based immigration and investment visas.  I also represent injured victims of auto accident cases and I have recovered numerous settlements in the $100,000 to $250,000 range. In addition to the above two areas, I also assist landlords in eviciton and lease-drafting matters.
