Ryan did a great job representing us on both the purchase and sale of a home. He was always available and responded very timely whenever we had a question or concern. He was very thorough and discovered a title issue weeks in advance of our closing date. This allowed us to easily rectify the issue a...nd alleviate a lot of unneeded stress. Ryan was very easy to talk to and was professional throughout the process. I would definitely hire him again!

I would highly recommend Ryan, he has helped us with the closing documents for buying/selling real estate properties in three different occasions so far. He has been very responsive and easy to get a hold off, transparent about costs and the process and in all cases there was very little involvement ...needed on our side. At the same time he was pretty good at calling out and explaining potential issues with the properties and the contracts, such as for example calling out and working around potential title issues with our latest property.

Ryan was able to help my wife and I with refinances on not only our primary residence, but also our multi family rental property.
