I would highly recommend Ryan, he has helped us with the closing documents for buying/selling real estate properties in three different occasions so far. He has been very responsive and easy to get a hold off, transparent about costs and the process and in all cases there was very little involvement ...needed on our side. At the same time he was pretty good at calling out and explaining potential issues with the properties and the contracts, such as for example calling out and working around potential title issues with our latest property.
