Ryan is an exceptional attorney. He was able to accomplish in less than a week what another Orleans law firm could not do in 2 1/2 months. Timing of property deed transfers was critical and after speaking with him I was confident he would do whatever it took to get it done. I am located in NY but the... property is on Cape Cod so everything had to be done remotely which made me extremely anxious. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and was genuinely invested in helping me. The transaction was seamless and completed 2 days before the deadline. I will only hire him for all future transactions as he is truly the best in the business. I highly recommend him and his staff.
