I can not recommend Ryan enough! My sister and I worked with Ryan last summer while thinking about purchasing a house- our first time investing in real estate. Ryan was friendly, professional, explained anything and everything throughout each step of the process, was always responsive and had our bes...t interests in mind. As first time home buyers, we couldn’t ask for a better attorney. We did not ultimately purchase the home in 2020 but when we decided to look again in the fall of 2021, we were lucky enough to work with Ryan again. As stressful as home buying is, we both felt safe and at ease throughout the process (which took place during and throughout Thanksgiving and Christmas) with Ryan representing us. He went above and beyond and my sister and I truly can not thank him enough for all of his help and look forward to working together again in the future!

I cant believe its taken me so long to write this review, but moving is a stressful time, and I kept pushing it off because I wanted to take the time to write the review that Ryan deserves. It would take pages to explain everything Ryan helped us with, but in short, we would not be in this house with...out him. Our home buying process was more complicated than anyone else’s I have talked to before or since, and that complication was amplified to the extreme during the Covid crisis. Ryan went above and beyond his traditional role to help us secure our home in a fair and equitable way. He was always available for a phone call, even late in the evening, and he explained everything in great detail to make sure we understood it before moving forward. He handled each complication with speed and competence, and made sure we were protected from risk as much as possible. I would (and have) recommended him to my friends looking to buy homes. We literally could not have done this without him.

We have worked with Ryan on 4 real estate transactions in the last few years. There is a reason we keep going back to him, he makes it as seamless and easy as possible. He explains things simply and answers every question. Ryan reduces stress by making sure things are squared away right from the get ...go (P&S). He doesn’t stress out his clients. He handles the negotiation with the other sides attorney and you’ll never know the stress and aggravation he handles for you. Having seen some of the contracts come from the other side, I hope those attorneys aren’t charging. Ryan doesn’t use the state’s cookie cutter contract, his contracts protect his clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan.
