Sneering and belligerent

Phyllis Federico is uninterested in her client's best interests, but only interested in self-promotion and a scorched-earth approach to any legal matter. She works to wall off children from her clients estranged spouses. She discourages settlements when litigation is profitable for her. She is nee...dlessly aggressive when other approaches can bring a matter to a reasonable conclusion.
