I have worked with Gregory for over three years in a wide variety of efforts related to the crafting, implementing and monitoring of consulting contracts involving educational organizations (i.e. school districts, educational collaboratives, and private organizations). During this time I have found... him to be most knowledgeable, responsive and determined to ensure agreements are executed and followed. I've hired Attorney Gregory Barison twice. First time, I was rear-ended as I stopped on Yellow at an intersection. Attorney Barison negotiated with the insurance company of the offending party and I received monetary compensation in a timely manner. The second case, I was summoned to court for mis...sing one auto-insurance payment and owning a car for a week or two without active auto-insurance - the penalty for this is as far as I recall up to $2k in fees and/or up to 6 months in jail. I again hired Attorney Barison, and he convinced the Assistant DA to drop the charges in exchange for me paying a minor fine and court expenses. I am very satisfied with the outcome in both cases. Att. Barison is the best trial lawyer that I know and I have recommended him to my friends and relatives knowing that he will assertively fight for the client's interests.
