Civil Rights Action
Melissa Garand & Victor Koufman represented me in my civil rights action. They were always responsive to my requests and were very knowledgable with respect to my civil rights. As a result, they helped me achieve a very favorable outcome with respect to my case. I highly recommend them to others whose civil rights were violated.

Consistently Impressed
I am a medical doctor who has worked with K&F on a number of cases. I am consistently impressed with the K&F team's collaborative approach, with their individual commitment, and with their strong litigation skills.

I was able to keep my house for my son and me
I made the difficult decision to pursue divorce after a long-term marriage. I knew I was vulnerable on many fronts, particularly financial, and I needed a knowledgeable and strong advocate who would lead me through the process. I am so thankful that Attorney Koufman was at my side. Attorney Koufman was thorough and dedicated to my best interests and those of my children. Attorney Koufman cared about my well-being. Attorney Koufman is a man of high ethical standards and this is very important to me. Attorney Koufman worked diligently on my divorce and I did not experience any delays. Attorneys Koufman and Garand worked together on my case. Each lawyer took a personal stake in my outcome. I received the attention of two attorneys at every hearing and meeting, and I only paid for one. Attorney Garand was very aware of my needs, which were difficult for me to articulate given the stress of divorce. My outcome was favorable. I'm very grateful that I didn't have to sell my house and my son and I can remain living at the only home he has known.

Not Guilty of Criminal Charges
I got myself into a small legal matter. I hired Attorney Victor Koufman to represent me. It amazed me at how much time and effort he put into my case - I felt like I was his only case and his most important one. When my trial came up I was amazed at his presence in court and how he conducted himself. He was fascinating to watch and listen to. He was so prepared and diligent. I cannot thank him enough!

Happy and successful
I received a "Not Guilty" verdict. Everything was just fantastic. Attorney Koufman looked at every single thing. I am very happy about what he did. He's a very good lawyer. He's respectful. The jury was six women and one guy, and they liked him very much.
