I am a frequent presenter before the Mass Bar Association on landlord tenant matters. I act as local counsel for one of the most active lemon law and consumer rights firms in the country.

Commercial real estate
I have been renting a commercial space at a building for 8 years. The building was recently bough out by a new landlord. David clearly explained to me where I stand and what options I have. Would certainly hire him to work on my future commercial real estate needs.
