Stacie A. Kosinski

Ms. Kosinski is an associate in Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex business, commercial, and construction disputes. She adds a diverse and extensive skillset to the firm, possessing previous professional experience in the legal, economic development, and non-profit management fields.

Before entering law school, Ms. Kosinski was a project manager for several economic development programs in the United States and Haiti from 1998 to 2004. She has extensive experience working with governments, international organizations and private donors to create and implement various projects including development programs focused on micro-credit lending, education, and child welfare. Ms. Kosinski also worked as a paralegal at a law firm specializing in business immigration.

During law school, Ms. Kosinski worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in Massachusetts. She also completed an internship for the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, where she acted as the primary client contact and representative in housing, family law, and social security benefits matters.

Prior to joining Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Ms. Kosinski was an associate at Adler, Pollock & Sheehan.
