Robert Yuh Shu Chow

Robert Y. Chow is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office. Mr. Chow specializes in providing practical legal advice to entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies and venture capital investors. He advises companies at all stages of development, including, formation, venture capital financings, technology licensing, securities law and other regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2005, Robert has represented numerous companies in venture capital financings raising an aggregate of over $400 million. Since 2005, Robert has represented numerous venture capital firms and other investors in investing an aggregate of over $200 million in portfolio companies.

Robert has represented many clients in mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, including, among others: * an online photo sharing company acquired by a computer manufacturer * a software company acquired by an IT infrastructure company * an online gaming company acquired by an international gaming company * reorganization of a carbon emissions offsets company in the UK into a Delaware corporation and subsequent merger with another company.
