Nancy R Van Tine

I have practiced for over 30 years only in the area of domestic relations. I handle diverse issues, including divorce and separation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child custody and support, as well as actions for modification and contempt. I also deal with enforcement and modification of decrees entered in other states, reciprocal child custody, gay and lesbian divorce and complex asset division situations. Additionally, I handle cases involving the division and protection of family assets and international and Hague Convention cases.

I am the Chair of Burns & Levinson's Domestic Relations Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Client Group. I practice in the state of Massachusetts and am based in Boston and Hingham.

I have been blogging for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love it.  I have just begun my addiction to Twitter.
