Jennifer Silva is a highly professional attorney in family law. Jennifer was my divorce attorney for the final portion of my divorce process and I highly recommend her. Jennifer and Mavrides Law are a highly skilled and professional team. Jennifer was persistent and confident representing me at my ...court hearings and also helped my spouse and I come to a resolution for the intense child custody issues that he and I could not agree with. If it wasn’t for Jennifer we would still be appearing in court hearings and end up in trial. Jennifer genuinely cared about me and my case and what was important to me. She is also very ethical and looked after my needs. Jennifer made sure everything was covered in my final separation agreement for me and my child. She was extremely detailed oriented in my agreement that addressed complex areas. I am so happy and pleased with the outcome of my divorce and final separation agreement due to Jennifer’s skills. It's with GREAT PLEASURE that I write this review. I've been working with Mavrides Law since my initial consultation back in December of 2011. From my first conversation with Marcia, I knew the connection we made was one that was first and foremost all about my daughter's future. She not only... spent over an hour with me on the call to learn about my specific situation, but her knowledge of family law in the state of MA was evident from the beginning: and if you're going to fight for shared parenting, you need the best of the best when it comes to knowledge... Everything Marcia or Jennifer explained would happen throughout this arduous/emotional/frustrating process happened like clock work. Their advice was always in the best interest of my daughter. They were candid and blunt about what to expect and put things plainly so that I can make the best possible decision for my daughter. Fast forward 1 yr and 4 months from when I actually retained their services. I've recently been blessed and awarded 50% shared custody (legal & physical) of my daughter, and that was all due to not only their firms experience, but also to the dedicated team they have assembled at Mavrides Law. Marcia & Jennifer were diligent, hard working, empathetic, and just plain awesome to work with throughout this process....Working with them together was like working with a pitcher/catcher duo that is unmatched.
