I hired Attorney Silva to take care of my child support case, and I am out of state. She always responded to me in a timely manner. She was always very patient answering my questions. I worried that the case could drag and add extra stress to me and my daughter, and cost me additional legal fe...es. But she was able to close my case at the very first court hearing with satisfactory outcome. With gratefulness, I write this review and recommendation. I am very lucky to have found her to represent me.

The team at Mavrides Law were fantastic with my recent divorce. Jennifer Silva made sure that our children (one special needs and one in college) and my interests were protected and ultimately got us an very favorable agreement when I didn't think it would be possible given how my ex was dragging th...e whole process out. Alana was also a crucial part of the team and was so patient with answering my questions or referring to Jennifer if she needed to be the one who answered it. On the court day that was supposed to be for temporary Child Support, Christina and Jennifer worked with opposing council to hammer out the settlement and instead of a temporary motion we had our divorce settled as we walked out of the courthouse to be final in 90 days. They were nothing short of amazing! They never inflated their bill and I can honestly say they fully earned every charge they billed me for. You get what you pay for and this was the best possible investment I could have made for our children's and my future. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is divorcing whether simple or complex they will work diligently for you and your family.

I paid $650 for a two hour consultation with Jennifer Silva of Malvrides Law. It ended after 90 minutes and I was invited by Jennifer to contact her if I had any questions. Three days later, I did have one question. First, I emailed it and not receiving a reply, I called Jennifer and left a message ...with the woman who answered her phone. Neither my email nor my call were answered. I made the mistake of thinking that a consultation was merely the first step in progressing my case. I was wrong. I had no right to expect that Jennifer would respond to my communications nor that she would progress my case beyond that consultation. I made a mistake.

Jennifer is very patient, responsive and was proactive in my child custody case. Jennifer helped me through the most tragic time of my life, always made me feel assured and confident that I would get my joint custody back. Having hired 3 different probate attorney's before with no luck and wasting m...oney made me skeptical as to which attorney to hire next. Meeting Jennifer I instantly felt secure, confident, and at ease that she was the right attorney for my case. She worked diligently and was compassionate about my case. She is very professional and by far the best attorney I have worked with. Jennifer helped me get my life back, the liberty to be a parent to my child. Jennifer and Mavrides law maybe expensive, but was well worth every penny spent!

It's with GREAT PLEASURE that I write this review. I've been working with Mavrides Law since my initial consultation back in December of 2011. From my first conversation with Marcia, I knew the connection we made was one that was first and foremost all about my daughter's future. She not only... spent over an hour with me on the call to learn about my specific situation, but her knowledge of family law in the state of MA was evident from the beginning: and if you're going to fight for shared parenting, you need the best of the best when it comes to knowledge... Everything Marcia or Jennifer explained would happen throughout this arduous/emotional/frustrating process happened like clock work. Their advice was always in the best interest of my daughter. They were candid and blunt about what to expect and put things plainly so that I can make the best possible decision for my daughter. Fast forward 1 yr and 4 months from when I actually retained their services. I've recently been blessed and awarded 50% shared custody (legal & physical) of my daughter, and that was all due to not only their firms experience, but also to the dedicated team they have assembled at Mavrides Law. Marcia & Jennifer were diligent, hard working, empathetic, and just plain awesome to work with throughout this process....Working with them together was like working with a pitcher/catcher duo that is unmatched. I couldn't be more blessed to have connected with them both. If ever I need anything regarding family law again, Mavrides Law is on my speed dial: plain and simple. In closing, while I don't wish the custody battle process on anyone, if you are ever faced with the decision to hire a family law attorney in Massachusetts, Mavrides Law should be on your list of first options. My step father use to say to me, you get what you pay for, and while Mavrides Law may not be the least expensive firm out there, Mavrides Law is worth their weight in Gold. My daughter and I are forever indebted to them all!
