Biography
I have been a lawyer for over twenty nine years. I started practicing criminal defense in a small firm just south of San Francisco. I was fortunate to secure a job in Los Angeles working as a deputy district attorney for the County of Los Angeles. Ultimately I moved back to Boston, Massachusetts where I started my own law practice. I am exclusively a criminal defense lawyer. My practice spans the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts and I am frequently engaged to represent people accused of committing crimes in other states throughout the country. I have a substantial federal court criminal practice in Massachusetts. I have represented people in federal courts in many other states including New Hampshire, California, Illinois, Florida, Arizona and more.
I am accessible by phone or email 24/7. I pride myself on getting back to clients as quickly as I can. I am available to meet nights and weekends. We also Skype and Facetime when asked by clients who are unable to meet in person but who also want a more personal form of contact. I truly believe that no criminal case is too big or too difficult for my office to defend.
