Mr. Foley is the grandson of an Irish immigrant who came to the United States in 1903 with 25 cents in her pocket. In 1990, Attorney Foley became a lawyer when he graduated from New England School of Law in Boston. Attorney Foley is an active member of the New England chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Foley is a dual citizen of Ireland and holds a European Community passport. He lived in London for four years, where he was the editor of a weekly newspaper for attorneys. While living in London, Attorney Foley met and represented numerous clients who wanted to live in or visit the United States.
When he returned to the United States, Attorney Foley founded his Boston law firm, Foley Law Offices. Attorney Foley understands how intimidating immigration processes can be, and he personally accompanies clients when they go on adjustment of status or citizenship interviews. He strives to provide a level of personal hands on legal service for every client he works with. Slow to reply
Tried to get some help moving my business actives from Ireland going back and forth on a visa and it's been 5 or 6 weeks since he's replied to my emails. I don't know what's up maybe he's too busy with other people but I needed help quickly...and he didn't help.
