John-Philip Foley

For over two decades, Attorney John Phillip Foley has been assisting men and women from all over the world achieve their American dream. Mr. Foley is the grandson of an Irish immigrant who came to the United States in 1903 with 25 cents in her pocket. His grandmother’s inspiring story of overcoming great challenges gives Attorney Foley a special interest in the immigration stories of others. He thoroughly enjoys helping new immigrants reunite with their family, as well as assisting them in becoming United States citizens. In 1990, Attorney Foley became a lawyer when he graduated from New England School of Law in Boston.  Attorney Foley is an active member of the New England chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Foley is a dual citizen of Ireland and holds a European Community passport. He lived in London for four years, where he was the editor of a weekly newspaper for attorneys. While living in London, Attorney Foley met and represented numerous clients who wanted to live in or visit the United States.

When he returned to the United States, Attorney Foley founded his Boston law firm, Foley Law Offices. Attorney Foley understands how intimidating immigration processes can be, and he personally accompanies clients when they go on adjustment of status or citizenship interviews.
