I got married and needed to request my husband’s green card, we got recommended to this office. We made the appointment, spoke to the lawyer and we didn’t see him until the interview day, his assistant Kevin did everything with us in Spanish, we were very pleased, to their surprise, the process took ...about 6 months!! Of course my prayers were answered. The only thing they failed on was telling us to bring a translated to the interview appointment, they knew about my husbands need to have one because they asked before and of course it could not be me., thank God I had someone to come in within an hour (please remember this). I hired Tim to get my significant other out of deportation proceedings. The nightmare began when his license was suspended due to being out of work and not able to pay child support, however he was unaware. We were blindsided when this incident resulted in ICE agents showing up to our house approx 3 ...weeks later to began deportation proceedings for an arrest he had some 20 years before. As you can imagine, we were confused. We were referred to Tim who put us in touch with a criminal lawyer to act on the old charges. Once we won in criminal court, Tim was able to do his thing. Amazing immigration lawyer. He is thorough and honest and fair. As long as you are transparent with him, he c an really come up with a strategy and really knows his stuff. Out nightmare ended with a dismissal in immigration court. 5 stars!

Simply amazing. I can’t convey enough about Tim that any online review could do justice. My wife was in deportation hearings and was at the end of the road with a very complicated case. We had an attorney that was disbarred and had to seek out another or be left with an associate of his. We engaged a...nother attorney and after a short time, he thankfully had the integrity to tell us that he wasn’t sure that he felt comfortable with our case because of its complicated nature. This left us extremely worried and feeling hopeless. He said he knew of someone that could perhaps help us. Thank Goodness he referred us to Tim Nutter! Tim took our case, gave us a price and developed a strategy. He is meticulous in his planning and extremely dedicated to his clients. Tim met with us on numerous occasions to fine tune the case and thoroughly prepare for our final court appearance. Tim overwhelmed the prosecution with a document package that weighed as much as a bag of bricks. He left little room for the prosecution to gain an advantage. We got a ruling in our favor. It’s been a stressful 3 years, but thanks to Tim we can now move forward with our lives. My wife received her green card which would not have been possible without Tim’s world class council. Just as other reviewers mentioned, Tim is a man of integrity and only billed us for what he originally quoted. I can say with complete honesty “the best money I have ever spent”!
