Attorney Korth was recommended to me by the Ma Bar Association referral service. My issue/problem had to do with a school loan of over twenty years old, which had not been discharged as I thought, but, in fact, had a judgement rendered in absentia. Given an accrued interest, the amount owed had swe...lled by four times. Mr. Korth was cool, clear, knowlegable, and resourceful in marshalling all information, and coming up witha strategy for settlement which took advantage of a little know exemption provision in the updated Ma. legislation on these kinds of loans. Most important, Mr Korth was prompt and clear in his communication, while being extremely fair in his fee arrangement. As a result, the outcome was very favorable to me, his client. It was also a pleasure to deal with a young man of such skill and attitude. I might even have accepted a result less favorable knowing that all had been done...and well. But, I didn't have to.
