Knowledgeable attorney

I had talked to a lawyer at Harvard Legal Care about obtaining a green card and he didn't give me the clear options that Mr. Costa gave me. I was wondering what chances I stand to obtain a green card through Extraordinary ability and Mr. Costa recommended the National Interest Waiver. He told me I do...n't stand a big chance at this point, so I am going to look for jobs internationally. Thank you, Mr. Costa, for clarifying my situation (I also appreciated the 10 min. of clear, free advice you gave me).

Exceptional Attorney

I would highly recommend Richard Costa to anyone who needs advice on immigration laws. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise in the immigration law field I had gotten my immigrant visa without any problems. I will definitely contact Costa & Riccio Law Firm again in five years as I will become eligib...le for Citizenship. If you are looking for experienced, honest and kind immigration attorney who cares don’t look any further and contact Richard Costa and his team!

Exceptional Attorney

I did my green card application through Richard Costa. He has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge about the immigration laws. He is very supportive, trustworthy and I always felt 100% confident that he would take care of my application and he did. He has a great team and all of them were wond...erful, friendly and always available when I had questions. They did a very neat and thorough job and handled my case in a professional and extremely efficient way. I sincerely thank them for their expert guidance in my green card application process. I had a great experience working with them and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Top Notch Immigration Lawyer

I tried 2 other immigration lawyer before I discovered Mr. Costa, he was honest, did not give me false promises, was accurate with assessment of my status, recommended an approach to complete my case, and I was pleasantly happy when I started seeing results which was consistent with his original asse...ssment. He is a straight shooter and tells you the way it is and won't make you belive in a false status for billing purpuses. I could always trust him which is a good position to be when working with a lawyer. I highly recommend him.

Great working with Richard Costa and everyone I know at Costa & Riccio

I am a research fellow at HMS and most of my colleagues who have applied for a green card in the past have done it through Costa's office and this is how I originally heard about them. It was great working with Richard Costa and with everyone in the office who was involved in my case. Richard Costa ...has many years of experience in immigration law and I felt confident working with him. He has selected a great team. Everyone in his team is a great professional and also a great person. I will never forget the moral support that they gave me while handling my case and I will always be thankful for their help. I would always trust them for a legal advise in the future. I have recommended Richard Costa and his team to my closest friends and colleagues and I would recommend them in the future to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
