Experienced hardworking Richard & team delivers results!

Richard and his exceptionally professional, hardworking and friendly team successfully managed the family immigration process for myself and my wife in a timely and orderly manner. We obtained our green cards and naturalisation citizenship seamlessly. We are grateful for their friendship and experi...enced diligence in delivery all the successful outcomes we required in a well-managed engagement. Fully and enthusiastically recommend Richard and his fine team.

Excellent work: caring, generous, precise

Costa & Riccio Law Office The U.S immigration system has become a bit of a labyrinth in recent years due to a number of unexpected and subtle changes in practices and timelines. Costa & Riccio's team did a fantastic job helping us navigate through these waters and successfully get green cards for ...my family and I. Richard Costa's style is very caring and generous. Each meeting with him was reassuring and almost therapeutic. This style is transmitted to the office in general: Each of our emails was answered quickly and precisely. Some of the meetings in our application process were quite long, which is definitely needed in the current complex environment. They did not mind. Also, we noticed the office in general works as a team and each player is happy to help with your case, if needed. We are very grateful that we worked with them.

Excellence and experience!

I contacted Richard Costa to help me with a visa emergency. He was highly recommended to me by the International Office at my work place for being very experienced and for presenting creative solutions to unique cases. He agreed to see me right away, which was great since I was literally running agai...nst time. He presented very good alternatives to solve the problem and started to work on them right away. Richard and his team were very responsive throughout the process, even though it was during a major national holiday. He responded to emails within a couple hours and was always available. He is pleasant, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He managed to solve the issue in record time. I'd highly recommend him to family and friends in need of help with immigration issues.

Him and his associates are really kind, thorough and reliable

Richard Costa's firm is staffed with amazing attorneys, and I can see why! I've consulted with Amara Neng (that session itself was reassuring, helpful and worth EVERY penny!) and she offered to answer any follow up questions I had. Well, I had A TON of questions and I sent those questions very much l...ater after the consultation. She was busy, but she asked Richard to follow up. He did. Honestly, he didn't. He could have asked me for a retention fee. He could have refused my questions. He answered ALL my questions patiently and thoughtfully across several emails. These lawyers are a notch above others in their professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and you'd count yourself lucky to have them.

Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
