Excellent work: caring, generous, precise

Costa & Riccio Law Office The U.S immigration system has become a bit of a labyrinth in recent years due to a number of unexpected and subtle changes in practices and timelines. Costa & Riccio's team did a fantastic job helping us navigate through these waters and successfully get green cards for ...my family and I. Richard Costa's style is very caring and generous. Each meeting with him was reassuring and almost therapeutic. This style is transmitted to the office in general: Each of our emails was answered quickly and precisely. Some of the meetings in our application process were quite long, which is definitely needed in the current complex environment. They did not mind. Also, we noticed the office in general works as a team and each player is happy to help with your case, if needed. We are very grateful that we worked with them.

AMAZING experience with Richard Costa and his team! 10 STARS!!

Richard Costa and his team became my life saver as I went through the long, difficult, and emotional process of getting my husband to the United States. Their advice along the way was invaluable and kept me reassured that everything would work out. Knowing they were only a phone call away to ask ques...tions about how to fill out forms, what fees needed to be paid and how, what needed to be done next, and how long I would have to wait for answers, made my life infinitely easier, and more importantly, provided me with great peace of mind. Every single phone call and meeting made me feel lucky to have found such knowledgeable and patient people to lean on throughout the process. They never rushed me off the phone or out of a meeting, and their timing for returning calls and emails was as incredible as their knack for breaking down the complicated process into smaller, more approachable steps. Now, anytime I hear of anyone looking for an immigration lawyer or even just advise about an immigration situation, I say with great excitement, “Call Richard Costa!” To you all, I can guarantee that Richard and his team will make you feel welcome, listened to, cared for, and supported. I will forever be grateful for their support. Thanks to the guidance of Richard and his team, my husband is now a permanent resident of the United States, and we are happily living together in Boston.

Excellent experience with Richard Costa and his team

I met Richard Costa 2 years ago, when he came to Harvard Medical School as main speaker for a workshop on US immigration. I was very impressed by his experience and expertise on immigration laws, given the diversity and the complexity of the questions that Richard had to answer this precise day. T...wo years after, I decided to start a green card application. I immediately decided to have an initial consultation with him at his office, to discuss about the process. He took the time to listen my case, answered my questions and never pushed me for hiring him. Throughout the process, it was a pleasure to work with him and others members of his team (Kate especially). High level of professionalism, quick answers to my questions and clear communication until the end of the process. I will highly recommend the services of Costa & Riccio LLP to others looking for an attorney experienced on US immigration!

Great attorney!! Thank you so much!

Okay, just to be clear, I am not a kind of person who would take time and write review stuff unless there are strong reasons why. Yes, I've been feeling deeply grateful for the work by Richard Costa and his team, and I am happy that I finally get to share my experience working with them. It was a...bout a year ago - Richard Costa graciously took over my case while I was undergoing extremely challenging situation around complex H1B extension and green card application while working at Yale. My case required a great deal of experience and expertise given that its working process had to involve extremely cautious (and elegant) collaboration with some of very conservative parties at the university. I was very much satisfied with not just the outcome but also the process of his work, particularly by the level of professionalism, accountability, organization, and timely response. Of course, his highly regarded reputation in the field was unexpected plus too. What impressed me the most though was the level of compassion that I saw from him and his team throughout the whole working process - it was very clear to me that he genuinely care about his work as well as his clients (including myself!). I met/consulted with 7-8 attorneys around New England and East Coast prior to making a decision on retaining my attorney (yes, I do have a bit of obsessive traits), I can confidently say he is one of the few ones who will really care about you! Well, thank you so much, Richard and the team for the work you do! I hope my review will help people understand better what a wonderful service you and your team provide for us.
