The buck stops here!

Richard Costa was highly recommended by someone I know, and likewise will now continue to be recommended by me. Before hiring Costa & Riccio Law, I had hired another firm (through a list of attorneys provided by my country’s consulate) to take care of my immigration residency petition after marryi...ng a US resident. My petition was stuck for six years, while the aforementioned lawyer received full payment, but did absolutely nothing about my case. When I met with Richard (mid-2011) he was very straightforward from the get-go, and most importantly, he didn’t sugarcoat the intricacies that made my case challenging: my petition was jurassically old, and to boot, I was separated from my then estranged husband, who was my sponsor. Richard skillfully assessed the pros and cons while cogitating possible outcomes, and he listened to my concerns open-mindedly; even in times when I considered going against his recommendation. He is knowledgeable, accessible, quick-witted, and very personable. I also had a chance to work with Ellen Davey-Fleming and Kate Schlegel, who are equally proficient, sophisticated, and affable. My petition was approved on the spot immediately after my interview, and I got a ten-year greencard when most people are granted a two-year one. Five years from now Costa & Riccio Law will be hearing from me again, as I’ll finally be eligible for citizenship.

Exceptional Attorney

I did my green card application through Richard Costa. He has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge about the immigration laws. He is very supportive, trustworthy and I always felt 100% confident that he would take care of my application and he did. He has a great team and all of them were wond...erful, friendly and always available when I had questions. They did a very neat and thorough job and handled my case in a professional and extremely efficient way. I sincerely thank them for their expert guidance in my green card application process. I had a great experience working with them and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Amazing professional, knowledgeable and extremely honest!

I met Richard almost ten years ago and worked with him since then. He resolved my case not only successfully but also in a very professional and friendly way. He was always patient (and still is!) with me and my anxieties. He was always a phone call away when I needed him. Richard is very honest and ...he will always keep you posted with the latest news. I have no reservations and highly recommend Richard.

Top Notch Immigration Lawyer

I tried 2 other immigration lawyer before I discovered Mr. Costa, he was honest, did not give me false promises, was accurate with assessment of my status, recommended an approach to complete my case, and I was pleasantly happy when I started seeing results which was consistent with his original asse...ssment. He is a straight shooter and tells you the way it is and won't make you belive in a false status for billing purpuses. I could always trust him which is a good position to be when working with a lawyer. I highly recommend him.

The Best Immigration Lawyer in Boston

My sponsoring organization --Harvard University, nonetheless--chose Richard Costa and his colleagues to work on my case. Because of his great knowledge of and expertise in immigration laws, incredibly meticulous attention to detail and extremely thorough and skillful work, the otherwise daunting proc...ess in all instances, turned out to be a smooth and successful experience. Richard --and his team-- are also incredibly supportive and client-oriented, and accompanied me through the process answering all my questions --small and big--tailoring their explanations of the law in a way that I could understand completely.
