Excellent experience with Richard Costa and his team

I met Richard Costa 2 years ago, when he came to Harvard Medical School as main speaker for a workshop on US immigration. I was very impressed by his experience and expertise on immigration laws, given the diversity and the complexity of the questions that Richard had to answer this precise day. T...wo years after, I decided to start a green card application. I immediately decided to have an initial consultation with him at his office, to discuss about the process. He took the time to listen my case, answered my questions and never pushed me for hiring him. Throughout the process, it was a pleasure to work with him and others members of his team (Kate especially). High level of professionalism, quick answers to my questions and clear communication until the end of the process. I will highly recommend the services of Costa & Riccio LLP to others looking for an attorney experienced on US immigration!

Excellent job!

Attorney Costa and his team have done an excellent job for my case of removing conditions on PR based on a marriage that was in the beginning phase of divorce. I thought it would be a very complicated case, but Attorney Costa and his team end the case with a success in 10 months. When I first call up... lawyers to consult my case, Attorney Costa was the only one that was nice and patient enough to spend a good 45 mins with me to listen to what I have to say and providing constructive suggestions. Most lawyers I reached out at most spent 3 mins on the phone and told me to make an appointment for $300+ for 1hr of consulting... Attorney Costa is a very nice guy and is always there to answer his phone and email whenever I have questions.

this is an extremely professional, but friendly and supportive practice. My practice took quite some time and Mr. Costa and his staff was on my case at every moment. They liaised with my employer in a professional, clear and reassuring way. I highly recommend Costa Riccio.

Excellent experience with Costa & Riccio LLP

My husband and I recently worked with Ellen Davey-Fleming and others on Richard Costa's team at Costa & Riccio LLP to file our green card petition. We were extremely satisfied with the level professionalism, the response time and the clear communications from this firm right from our initial consulta...tion with Mr. Costa and throughout the process of working with Ellen and others (Leah Silverstein, Emma Huse & Erin Freeman) on their team. They were a pleasure to work with and we will gladly recommend them to others.
