I could not recommend Marques Lipton more highly as an attorney. I spoke with 3 attorneys prior to Marques all of whom told me that Chapter 7 bankruptcy was not an option for me and that I needed to either avoid bankruptcy all together or file a Chapter 13 and prepare for a very large payment each m...onth. Marques told me that Chapter 7 was in fact an option for me and after a couple of quick and easy meetings and one short visit to court I received a Chapter 7 discharge, was able to get out from under a house that I was far under water on and am now able to start rebuilding my credit and planning for my future. Marques helped me save at least 5 years of my life and again I could not recommend him highly enough to anyone who like myself is in the unfortunate position of being over their head financially.
