I've had to retain legal professionals several times over the years. I can honestly say that dealing with Raven Moesliger has been the most positive experience. His level of knowledge with regards to MA wage law is second to none. He always has time to answer questions and his communication is exc...ellent. I could not recommend Marques Lipton more highly as an attorney. I spoke with 3 attorneys prior to Marques all of whom told me that Chapter 7 bankruptcy was not an option for me and that I needed to either avoid bankruptcy all together or file a Chapter 13 and prepare for a very large payment each m...onth. Marques told me that Chapter 7 was in fact an option for me and after a couple of quick and easy meetings and one short visit to court I received a Chapter 7 discharge, was able to get out from under a house that I was far under water on and am now able to start rebuilding my credit and planning for my future. Marques helped me save at least 5 years of my life and again I could not recommend him highly enough to anyone who like myself is in the unfortunate position of being over their head financially.

Mr. Ortiz runs an unprofessional law firm in my opinion. Lawyers come and go at his office like rabbits. I had 3 separate lawyers during my bankruptcy proceedings and the continuity of information was deplorable. Their lack of knowledge about back taxes and how they relate to bankruptcy cost me ...$18000. ! Do not hire these people if you want quality representation.

I reached a point in my life that I had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy....I was expecting the whole process to be worse, but Attorneys Ortiz and O'Donnell made it gi smoothly--including the court meeting which went (thankfully) very smoothly (the same can't be said for many of the other meetings there ...I observed with other lawyers).
