Biography
Our Managing Partner, Mark C. Rossi, is a prominent member of the Massachusetts legal community, publishing articles and frequently participating as panelists in conferences dealing with the complexities associated with bankruptcy and insolvency as well as other legal matters. He previously taught bankruptcy law at the New England School of Law.

In addition to counseling and representing debtors, the Bankruptcty and Insolvency group provides zealous, professional and efficient representation of individual and corporate creditors seeking to protect their interests in and outside of Bankruptcy proceedings.
