I was charged with first offense OUI - Liquor. This was my first criminal charge I have ever received so naturally I was horrified & nervous. The occupation I hold requires a driver's license & a clean background thus a criminal conviction would result in termination / loss of pension. Greg is quite ...personable and actually listens to his client in thoughts or ideas on the case as opposed to blowing them off which my first attorney was doing (I ended up firing him mid way through and selecting Greg to continue). I hired Greg to defend me due to the good reviews online and a verbal positive review from an ADA I know that worked in the same court system as Greg when he was an ADA. ATTY Johnson came very well prepared. His stature in the courtroom was tactful yet spontaneous. Any new information / surprise responses from the police officer or ADA , Greg was able to retort with ease. Also, Greg did an excellent job sizing up the jurors on the jury selection as he appears to be simply good at reading people. Additionally, he selected and prepped an expert witness which was monumentally beneficial towards my case. Lastly, his closing argument was artfully put together and well spoken which ultimately pushed towards a NOT GUILTY verdict from a 6 person jury box whom deliberated for all of 10 minutes.
