I was charged with first offense OUI - Liquor. This was my first criminal charge I have ever received so naturally I was horrified & nervous. The occupation I hold requires a driver's license & a clean background thus a criminal conviction would result in termination / loss of pension. Lastly, his closing argument was artfully put together and well spoken which ultimately pushed towards a NOT GUILTY verdict from a 6 person jury box whom deliberated for all of 10 minutes.
