I just hired Dave for the second time to help me buy a condo in a new building that was being constructed and nearing completion. There were a lot of problems due to delays in construction, permitting issues and my bank not wanted to extend my mortgage rate lock. Dave did an absolutely incredible j...ob handling all of it and got the job done. He is smart, persistent and very easy to work with. Plus, his fee never increased, despite all of the extra work he had to do. This is definitely the guy to hire if you are buyng or selling real estate.

We were very pleased with David's services throughout the entire home buying process, from the initial offer all the way through the closing. There were numerous questions we had along the way and David always provided very prompt, thorough answers.
