Constance M. Toomey

I had the pleasure of working with Constance Toomey on my slip and fall case. She is a very kind and honest person and puts you at ease as she explains what will happen and about how long it will take to settle. Constance kept me informed on the status of my case through emails and phone calls, ev...ery step of the way. She is the only attorney I've ever heard of who is in her office early even on weekends, to speak with you if needed, and towards the end you feel more like family, not just an attorney and client relationship. Connie was nothing short of amazing. She’s always been responsive and she was really compassionate about my injury. She’s an amazing listener and a tremendous attorney who knows her stuff. The best thing about working with the firm was dealing with Connie. We were on the same page and understood each other well. She was down to earth and related to me as a person. It didn’t feel like a client-attorney relationship. She was able to break that barrier, which I think is the biggest thing ...in any profession. These types of situations can be very frustrating, but mine was not. My experience was a relaxed one. Information flowed freely and that’s important to me. Connie was very responsive and kept me informed. I really didn’t need to wait for information, as she was very thorough. Someone else had a similar experience and recommended them in a way that resonated. I always go on recommendations.
