Do Not HIRE

I worked with Mary on a very short modification, for which she charged me over $4000. She made significant mistakes in this mod which cost me GREATLY in regards to custody of my CHILD. She did not fully read documentation she had me sign off on and as it turns out, there were several illegal sections... in the document. I have been attempting contact with her in regards to this and my bill, over the phone and through email, for almost two months and have not received even one return call or email. DO NOT hire this attorney.

Please stay away!!!! If you hire her.Hire another lawyer to make sure something happens... Very unhappy

I hired Mary 3 months ago. Not only Did she not Proceed with anything that she claimed she would on the dates she said she would. It put my Divorce in a horrible position. I Informed Mary in the initial interview that if i was to hire her it would have to be done quick and before certain dates. She h...ad nothing Done until weeks after those dates. She cost me 2500$ for a retainer and i am lucky if i talked with her on the phone 3 times for 5 minutes over the past 3 months. She has no established office and has a very rude and unprofessional answering service that half the time make a situation more frustrating then resolved. If i had the chance to walk away from her like i DID! in the beginning before i was backed against the wall i would never of hired her. If someone told me that this was a scam to take all my money i would not be surprised. I don't know much about law. As is the reason i hired Mary to begin with.. But i do know when i call 20 times over 2 weeks and never get any response after she said she would call me on a certain day and time is not a good way to present professionalism. I still have not heard from her even after i told her answering service last week on Tuesday that i will have to file a complaint if i do not hear back from her by Friday. it is now Monday. This is the 3rd time i have been in this situation with her. And the other times i have called Mary it has taken weeks of none stop phone calls and emails from me AND my family and get any kinda response. And all those times i had information that could of helped my case. and those chances have been lost because of her professionalism. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!!! Not unless you want to go bankrupt for nothing.. I have only seen her file one Document for request of papers from immigration.. within two weeks i received a denial letter not only saying it was incorrectly filed! but it did not have anything supporting the fact of what reason i would even have to have access to such documents ?! And Mary is Quote a Specialist on immigration and divorce... But yet when i told her about it not only has she not heard of such a response. she was shocked that it was so quickly responded to.. I have never been so unhappy.. I am going threw a divorce and i am more upset with my attorney.. and now i am stuck with her threw contract.

Will, power of attorney, proxy

Upon review of will, power of attorney and proxy, I found Atty. Bono and Atty. McMahon did not include my sister's husband. This was a new will and I advised her at the start that I wanted him included. Atty. Bono's response was that I could not keep adding people to my will but that my sister would... have to add him onto her will. Unfortunately, I thought there was something I misunderstood about what she was saying and took her at her word (later, the more I thought about it, the more I realized this made no sense) , signed the docs, and paid her $1,100. I called 3 times over about a month in time and then wrote a letter. Not having heard from her, I sent an e-mail via her website but having taken me for an expensive ride, I am now advising your office to see what recourse I might have available. Thank you.
