Attorney Geraghty is wonderful! I am writing this review six years after he represented me in an OUI case and I wanted to make sure that he is still getting the credit that he deserves. The first lawyer I hired encouraged me to plead out and I refused so he decided not to represent me after keeping m...y retainer. I then hired Attorney Geraghty and I am so happy that I did! He knew the laws inside and out and was always extremely prepared. He recommended a bench trial and after a 45 minute trial and very short deliberation, I was found not guilty on all charges. I cannot praise Attorney Geraghty enough!

Yesterday, Attorney Geraghty argued my OUI case in front of the Waltham District Court. I am delighted to say the jury found me not guilty. Attorney Geraghty helped me navigate the best strategy to defend me while making me feel very included in the process. I truly believe I was not guilty of the crime I was being accused of. Attorney Geraghty made me feel like I was his only client and that he believed I was innocent. From picking jury members to deciding what witnesses to put on the stand, Attorney Geraghty was confident, decisive, and extremely knowledgeable. My arrest two years ago was the worst day of my life. I can now put this whole thing behind me and enjoy my family.

I was stopped at a Massachusetts State Police road block over the Summer and arrested outside of Boston. It was a terrible experience to say the least. I was worried about not only losing my license but my job as a saleman as well. I interviewed several attorneys.
