OUTCOME: TRIAL VERDICT-NOT GUILTY

Client is pulled over for going through a red light. The state trooper notes a strong odor of alcohol coming from the clients breath and also notes that the client has red, watery glassy eyes and is u ... nsteady on his feet. The Trooper notes several open containers of alcohol in the clients car and the client admits to drinking several beers at the celtics game. The client is asked to exit the vehicle and perform the field sobriety tests. The trooper testifies that as the client is exiting his vehicle, the client stumbles into the side of his car and cannot maintain his balance. During the field sobriety tests the client is unsteady on his feet and is slurring his words. After the field sobriety tests, the trooper forms the opinion that the client is under the influence of alcohol and arrests the client. On the ride back to the station the trooper testifies that his cruiser fills up with an overwhelming odor of alcohol from the clients breath as well as the booking area at the state police barracks.

OUTCOME: CASE DISMISSED

Officers where dispatched on a report of a rear end collision at the local CVS parking lot.. The police responded and learned that the client had rear ended a motorist. The officers approach the clien ... t and note that client is slurring her words and has red, watery glassy eyes. The client is administered the standardized field sobriety tests and is unable to complete them. The client was unable to count backwards, was unable to stand on one foot for more than a few seconds and almost fell over on the the nine step walk and turn test. The client was subsequently arrested and charged with OUI. At the station the client elected to take the breath test and registered a .26, more than three times the legal limit.

The defendant is ordered ou ... t of the car and almost falls over according to the state police trooper. The defendant admits to several glasses of wine and cannot say the alphabet when asked to and also cannot perform the balancing tests. The state police trooper observes the defendants the eyes to be bloodshot and glassy and the speech to be slurred. VERDICT-NOT GUILTY.

DUI Lawyer Boston Federal Court - OUI Client was pulled over on Cape Cod National Seashore for having an open container of alcohol in his car. Client was interviewed by Park Ranger and admitted to havi ... ng five or six beers on the beach and admitted that he felt the effects of the alcohol. Client was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and odor alcohol on his breath. Client submitted to field sobriety tests and failed all the tests according to the park ranger. Client was arrested and took the breath test with a reading of .09. NOT GUILTY VERDICT.

Plymouth District Court - May 2011 - OUI Third Offense. Client was operating his vehicle on the wrong side of the road and almost collided with police officer. Police officer made a u turn and pulled ... the client over. The client stopped his car in the middle of the road. The officer asked for the license and registration of the client which could not be produced. Client had slurred speech and was incoherent according to the officer. While being placed under arrest, the client was staggering back and forth and was unsteady on his feet according to the testimony of the police officer. The client was videotaped back at the police station and that video was used by the prosecution during the trial. NOT GUILTY VERDICT

Client is stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road for a 1/4 mile. According to the arresting officer client had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and is unsteady on their feet, client also smell ... s of marijuana. Client is asked to step out of the car and perform field sobriety tests, all which the client fails according to the police officer. Officer testifies client cannot hold leg up for more than 7 seconds and cannot walk in a straight line. After being placed under arrest, client is searched and located in his pocket was a marijuana cigarette.
