I am a planner by nature, and one who enjoys thinking ahead with an individual and family concerning the care of loved ones, protection and preservation of assets and legacy, charitable giving and settling the estate with the least time, hassle and expense. Taxes and asset protection laws are always changing and the modes and methods of planning must change. I have created a system of refinement of an estate plan, which can never be static.

Settling an estate consists of probate – the proving of the will and the accounting for assets and liabilities through the court system – and knowledge of the family, the roles of executors and trustees, experience with business, real estate and retirement assets, and, of course, taxes, all of which make probate very interesting for me, but tedious for clients. Estate Planning Documents

Tim did a very thorough job of listening, research and drafting, to translate a fairly complex scenario into a set of protective, but flexible, estate documents that meet our needs. This includes the flexibility for the creation of a special needs trust if circumstances arise for one of our children.... A thorough and thoughtful practice.

Superior Estate Planning

For over three years, my husband and I kept putting off our estate planning.
