Renee K. Mahoney

I had the pleasure of working with Renee Mahoney on what could be described as a difficult divorce. Renee guided me through the initial process and provided me with excellent legal advice/support throughout the entire divorce proceedings. She is professional at all times, has an excellent level head...ed manner in dealing with in opposing counsel that could be difficult at times. Her knowledge of family law and the court process is excellent. My entire experience working with Renee was a true pleasure and I would highly recommend her services to others going through the process of divorce.

I really appreciated how terrific Renee Mahoney was as my attorney. She represented me during a recent divorce with tremendous skill. Renee was so full of valuable information and reasonable advice throughout my divorce process. She answered nearly all communication within a day, often within a few short hours. This is a plus when one is going though the tension of a divorce. The confidence I had in her expertise was a comfort. ... Now, with my divorce three years in the past, my life is all the better due to her service. Areas she covered in the agreement were child custody, division of marital assets and even expectations around the conduct of each party to protect the children from anger and spiteful negativity. Lastly, the fact that she provides the caliper of service that she does for a reasonable fee is wonderful.

I don't think I'm able to say enough great things about Ms. Mahoney. She not only handled my case professionally, she also made the entire process of divorce easier to understand and manage (both legally and emotionally). She was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns that I had... and kept me informed quite often throughout the entire process. Her expertise in Family Law made her the optimal choice to represent my interests and in that way I dare state that she also represented my son's interest too. Divorcing is a difficult situation made even more cumbersome when there are children or a child involved. She understood my situation and tailored my case as appropriate. There are times when people need legal representation and need to be able to trust a lawyer with their most personal/private information, Ms. Mahoney is one such person to trust in the circle of Family Law. When I first came across Ms. Mahoney, I was online searching for a lawyer and uncertain about my future. I was hurt, sad, I felt awful. I recall the very first meeting with Ms. Mahoney, it was very helpful. She understood me right away (she als kept a box of tissue handy because I couldn't stop crying). It was not until 1 year later (2011) when I came to the difficult decision to divorce, but the choice of representation for my divorce was EXTREMELY easy, I knew I wanted Renee K. Mahoney. I do feel truly blessed to have come across Rene Mahoney (it was completely by chance) and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Family Lawyer for their domestic situation.
