Renee K. Mahoney

I hired Renee on a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I had an extremely contentious divorce that included an appointment of a special master, a discovery master, and a gatekeeper motion. My ex had two lawyers voluntarily remove themselves from representing him under emergency reasons before he ...settled on representing himself. After 3 ½ years and almost 300 filings with the court, we finally settled. Renee never wavered and was with me from day one. She went above and beyond to navigate the complexities and emotional strain involved. Her dedication to my case, sound advice and consistent communication is commendable. Her unwavering presence in my journey through this made her part of my family. I can only hope that others seeking legal advice also hire Renee as they will find legal expertise in probate and divorce court, a trusted source for your network and someone who’s compassion is heartwarming. I cannot recommend Renee and her law firm enough. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

Renee was wonderful in handling my divorce. She thoroughly explained what I was to expect in regard to the various stages of the divorce process. She was sympathetic in explaining to me why it was important to remove all emotion from the negotiations. She counseled me on my mediation and gave me adv...ice in regard to the mediator. I really felt as though she had my best interest in heart.

Two years after being divorced (we filed on our own) I found my self back in court defending what we had agreed upon. In need of legal representation I was referred to Renee. After speaking with Renee I decided to hire her and that was the best decision I made. Renee is responsive, detailed orien...ted, and listens. Renee is not like many divorce attorneys, she wants to make sure you don't spend every last dollar you have. I would like to thank Renee for her professionalism and understanding in my divorce settlement. it went a lot smoother than I could have ever imagined . was always there when I had a question . always replied back quickly if I had left a message . was easy to talk to and explained the laws and deal...ings that I would be going through. I was able to set up our meetings at my time frame , this helped me a lot with my work situation. not only was I pleased , my ex wife was as well , Renee welcomed and explained the entire proposal to her as if she was a client of her own . again I want to thank Renee , and would highly recommend her to anyone I know that my have the same situation come about that I did.

I don't think I'm able to say enough great things about Ms. Mahoney.
