We have relationships with a variety of lenders, from traditional banks and mortgage companies to private (hard money) lenders. We know the good loan officers - personally.
Condo conversions are a specialty, and we have the experience and resources to get your condominium completed on time so the sale can take place.
With main offices in Dedham, Massachusetts, and two other offices in Boston and Norwell, Massachusetts, the people of Brooks and Crowley have been providing exceptional service to our clients since 1994.
We handle hundreds of real estate closings every year, and the overwhelming majority of our clients are referrals from satisfied clients. We're really good at this.
